Frank Keith Founds, 39, of the 1000 block of Cox Ave., died April 3, 1996, in a Norfolk hospital.
He was a native of Portsmouth and was currently employed as a carpenter.
He is survived by his father, Keith H. Founds of Portsmouth; his mother, Marty B. Founds also of Portsmouth; son, Frank K. Founds Jr. of Williamsburg; stepdaughter, Nicole Hatfield of Williamsburg; and three brothers, David Founds, Gary Founds, and Larry Founds, all of Portsmouth.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday in Olive Branch Cemetery by the Rev. John N. Ashenfelder. The family will receive friends at the Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, today from 7 to 8 p.m.
