Walter R. Harrell, 91, of 1104 Cherry St., died April 4, 1996, in his residence. He was retired from the Public Works Center N.A.S.
He is survived by his wife, Bessie B. Harrell and brother, Roy F. Harrell of Norfolk.
A funeral will be conducted in Scotland Neck Funeral Home Chapel, Scotland Neck, by the Rev. Gaston Dalton. Entombment is in Baptist Church Cemetery, Scotland Neck. The family will receive friends at Scotland Neck Funeral Home today from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
