Frank L. ``Big Frank'' Brisbane, of the 1000 block of Level Green Blvd., died April 2, 1996. He was a native of Jacksonville, Fla.
He is survived by two daughters, Margaret Bend of Virginia Beach and Patricia Broner of Albany, Ga.; two sons, Frank L. Oliver and Maurice Duck, both of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Jeanette Moore and Inez Dickson, both of Jacksonville, Fla.; four grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday by the Rev. Charles Williams in Community Funeral Home, Virginia Beach Chapel. Burial will be in Jones Memorial Park. The family will be at 1310 Longlac Road, Virginia Beach.
