Loretta Kelly Fortin, 53, of the 4600 block of Moore Circle, died April 4, 1996, in her residence.
Mrs. Fortin, a native of Durham, N.C., was retired from Portsmouth General Hospital as a dietitian after 26 years. She was predeceased by her father, Roy Lee Kelly.
Survivors include her husband, Norman A. Fortin Sr.; two daughters, Loree Rose of Virginia Beach, Rhea Smith of Texas; a son, Norman A. Fortin Jr. of Portsmouth; four stepchildren; her mother and stepfather, Mary M. Sexton and Glenn T. Sexton of Suffolk; two sisters, Barbara K. Butt of Yale, Va., Sonya K. Dilley of Hampton; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. George Montgomery. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m.
