Kittie B. Holland, 98, went home to be with the Lord on Easter Sunday, April 7, 1996. She was a member of Western Branch Baptist Church.
The family includes a precious sister-in-law of 76 years, Eloise Trimyer of Chesapeake; daughter, Iris First of Chesapeake; sons, Woody Holland, Lee Holland and Welton Holland of Pensacola, and Kenneth Holland of Franklin; grandchildren, Susan Crane, Mike First, and Joey Holland of Hampton Roads; Sheri Willets of Decatur, Ala., Sheryle Rumsey of Las Vagas and Larry Koenig of Logandale, Nev.; and several wonderful great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Thursday in Loving Funeral Home, Portsmouth. Memorial donations may be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
