A Virginia Beach man who died late Sunday after the car he was driving struck a utility pole was identified as Franklin R. Fulcher.
Police said Fulcher, 58, of the 100 block of S. Palm Ave., apparently lost control of a 1985 Cadillac while traveling north in the 2400 block of Ingleside Road about 9 p.m.
He later died at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. by CNB
