A Portsmouth man died of natural causes when his truck veered off the street in the 6100 block of Hampton Blvd. near Jamestown Crescent Monday morning, police spokesman Larry Hill said.
The man was identified as Thomas F. Culpepper, 62, of the 100 block of Snead Fairway. The medical examiner ruled that Culpepper suffered a heart attack before he crashed, Hill said.
