Judith E. Lewis, 51, of the 3600 block of Towne Point Road, died April 7, 1996, in a local hospital.
She worked as an LPN and also held memberships in the Habitat for Humanity, National Observatory and National Geographic and was active in animal rights. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elsworth and Doris Bristol and her husband Thomas Lewis.
She is survived by a daughter, Alyson Batchelor; and a grandchild, Wayne D. Batchelor.
Service will be private. Altmeyer Funeral is handling arrangements.
