Motion to approve a project administration agreement with the Virginia Department of Transportation for design improvements to West Norfolk Road from Churchland Boulevard to Cedar Lane as a two-lane road, deferred from the regular City Council meeting on March 12.

Ordinance to close a portion of Old Bickford Parkway between Towne Point Road and Bickford Lane. An adjoining property owner has filed an application for the closure of a portion of Old Bickford Parkway (approximately 9,679 square feet). Closure of the street will return the property to the tax rolls.

Resolution in support of participation in a study to determine the feasibility of constructing a sports arena in Hampton Roads.

Resolution supporting the creation of the Hampton Roads Partnership.
