Effective May 1, CCX Express Services, an air cargo truck carrier, will change its name to Express Cargo Services Inc. The air cargo truck carrier has has terminals and offices at Norfolk International Airport as well as near airports in Baltimore, New York, Raleigh-Durham, N.C. and Dulles.
