Hazel Edwards Winters, 81, of the first block of Algonquin St., died April 13, 1996, at her residence.
Survivors include her husband, John Everett Winters Jr.; a daughter, Jo Ann and her husband Dick Thomas of Chesapeake; two grandchildren, John E. and Sheri L. Thomas, both of Chesapeake.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Greenlawn Memorial Park with Richard Laslo presiding. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hope Haven Children's Home, 3000 N. Landing Road, Virginia Beach. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
