He is survived by his wife, Lillie J. Jobb; daughter, Patricia L. Gillispie of Virginia Beach; two sons, William A. Jobb of Virginia Beach, David S. Jobb of San Diego; sister, Caroline Lillie of Connecticut; and six grandchildren.
