KATHERINE G. BOYANCE

Katherine Grace Boyance, died April 16, 1996.

Known as the ``Blood Pressure Lady'' throughout the Tidewater business community, Mrs. Boyance established the High Blood Pressure Association as a community service agency to help working people.

Before her death, Mrs. Boyance requested that the following message be delivered:

``To all my hard working business colleagues and friends, I give you my heartfelt thanks for your courtesy and kindness. To my personal friends and family, you know how much I love you and how fortunate and grateful I was to have each and everyone of you in my life. It was an honor to have known you.''

Mrs. Boyance's body was donated to the Eastern Virginia Medical School for the benefit of medical education.

A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, May 4, 1996, at 11 a.m. in the Church of Ascension Catholic Church, 4853 Princess Anne Road, Virginia Beach, by Father James E. Parke Sr. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Church of Ascension Catholic Church.
