VIRGINIA H. FULGHAM

Virginia H. Fulgham, 74, of the 3700 block of Wayne Circle, died April 18, 1996, in a local nursing home.

She was a stenotypist for the U.S. government until she retired after 18 years. She was a native of Norfolk and a member of Trinity Baptist Church. She was a also a member of Norview Chapter (NU)131, Order of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by her husband, Albert Fulgham; two daughters, Mary F. Roumardo of Norfolk and Phyllis Gordoensky of Casa Granda, Ariz.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday by Dr. John Mason in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is in charge. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Donations may be made to Trinity Baptist Church.
