WINIFRED M. SEYMOUR

Winifred M. Seymour, 78, of 112 West 158, died at her daughter's residence in Portsmouth on Friday, April 19, 1996.

Born in New York City, she was a homemaker, a member of the Disabled American Veterans, and the Senior Citizens. Mrs. Seymour was the daughter of the late Lester and Winifred Sheridan Monahan and the widow of James Boyd Seymour.

Survivors include two daughters, Joan S. Mills of Williamston, N.C., Janis S. Roberts of Portsmouth; two sons, James Boyd Seymour of Virginia Beach, Charles Bernard Seymour of Camden; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Monday at Twiford's Memorial Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Twiford's Memorial Chapel, Elizabeth City, by Father Nester. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
