Flossie Lasting Rosen, 93, formerly of One Harbor Court, died April 20, 1996, in a Portsmouth hospital.
Mrs. Rosen, a native of Portsmouth, was the daughter of the late Samuel Lasting and Kate Scheinholz Lasting, and was the widow of Maurice "Bob" Rosen. She was a member of Temple Sinai and the Hadassah. She was a member of the first graduating class of Woodrow Wilson High School, Portsmouth.
Survivors include two nieces; four nephews; several great-nieces and nephews; several great-great-nieces and nephews; various cousins; and a host of friends.
A graveside funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Olive Branch Cemetery by Rabbi Arthur Steinberg. Foster Funeral Home, Portsmouth, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hadassah or Temple Sinai.
