Marie Bisese Morlino, 91, of the 5400 block of Greenfield Drive, died Saturday, April 20, 1996, in her home.
She was a native of Williamsport, Pa., and the widow of Angelo P. Morlino. She was a member of Church of the Resurrection and an honorary member of Portsmouth Catholic Alumna and Maryview Hospital Auxiliary.
She is survived by three daughters, Lucia M. Whitehurst of Chesapeake, Marie E. Morlino of Portsmouth and Grace M. Worley of Suffolk; two sons, Vito J. Morlino of Zuni and Salvatore J. Morlino of Severn, Md.; brother, Jerome S. Bisese of Portsmouth; 16 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the Church of the Resurrection by the Rt. Rev. Paschal A. Morlino, OSB. Committal will be in Olive Branch Cemetery at 10 a.m. Tuesday. The family will receive friends at the church Monday from 6 to 7 p.m. Donations may be made to the building fund of the Church of the Resurrection. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, is in charge.
