Dakota Blackman Page, 4, of 10580 Old Mintz Highway, died Tuesday April 23, 1996, at his home.
He is survived by his parents, Alan and Beth Blackman Page; brother, Dylan Page, of the home; maternal grandparents, Norwood and Dot Blackman, both of Garland; paternal grandfather, Judge Walter A. Page of Virginia Beach; paternal aunt, Patricia Page of Virginia Beach; and paternal uncle, Walter Page of Virginia Beach.
A memorial service will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. from the home by the Rev. Bebe Williams. If it's raining, the service will be at Garland Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the home, 10580 Old Mintz Highway. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dakota B. Page Memorial Scholarship, P.O. Box 355, Garland, N.C., 28441. Carter Funeral Home is in charge.
