Because of work on the presses at our Virginia Beach printing plant, deadlines will move up for the next five weeks. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights, deadlines will be 30 minutes earlier for our North Carolina and Metro editions; Friday and Saturday night deadlines will be one hour earlier. Sunday night deadlines, for Monday's paper, and Monday night deadlines, for Tuesday's paper, are unchanged. Some late events, therefore, will not appear in the next day's paper.
