RUDOLPH C. TRIPLETT

Rudolph Carpenter Triplett, of the 8000 block of Carlton St., died Saturday, April 20, 1996, in Sentara Leigh Memorial Hospital.

He was a retired accounting supervisor for the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Wilmington, Del. He was a native of Wilmington and the son of the late Judson and Rosebud Robinson Triplett. Mr. Triplett lived a quiet life and was an avid reader who loved to travel. He was a veteran who served in two branches of service, the Army and the Air Force, and he served during the Korean conflict.

He is survived by his wife, Mildred G. Triplett of the home and his stepdaughter, Anita Spence. He is also survived by a nephew, Tetence Triplett; three aunts; and a host of relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Riddick Funeral Service. Burial is in Roosevelt Memorial Park. A viewing will be Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
