Paul William ``Bill'' McBride, 28, formerly of Columbus, Ohio, and Virginia Beach, died April 24, 1996, in his residence after an extended illness.
He was born in Columbus, Ohio, on June 2, 1967. He was a graduate of First Colonial High School, Virginia Beach, and worked as a computer analyst. He was a former employee of Honda of Marysville, Ohio, and Chemical Abstract of Columbus.
Mr. McBride is survived by his parents, Gerald T. McBride of Port Charlotte, Fla., and Joann Keach of Albany, Ohio; best friend, Elzie Marcum Jr. of Huntington; two brothers, Thomas P. McBride of Newark, Ohio, and Dwayne Viets of Lincoln, Neb.; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday in Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home, Albany, by the Rev. Cheryl L. Burke. Burial will be in Crossroads Cemetery. There will be a visitation on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m.
