As part of Portsmouth's Vision 2005 project, workers prepare an area
at the foot of High Street in Portsmouth for boat docking. The area
will be called High Street Landing and will have space for the
Elizabeth River ferry and some small boats. Completion is expected
in the fall of 1997.
