Rose S. Zinkl
NORFOLK - Rose Santos Zinkl died April 29, 1996, in her residence.
She was formerly employed by the Norfolk Public School System and was a native of Norfolk. Mrs. Zinkl was the widow of August Zinkl and a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Anita Z. Unger of Grosse Pointe, Mich., Dolores Z. Davis of Norfolk; son, August E. Zinkl of Norfolk; sister, Veronica Santos Hartig of Norfolk; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A Liturgy of the Resurrection will be conducted today at 7:30 p.m. by Father Lou Ruoff in Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church today from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The family requests donations be made to Holy Trinity School. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is in charge. Prayers will be said at the church Thursday at 10 a.m. with a procession to the cemetery to follow.
