BRENDA W. BASS

Brenda White Bass, 47, of 1946 Paradise Road, died Tuesday, April 30, 1996.

Born in Chowan County, Mrs. Bass was a daughter of Mrs. Ruth Perry White of Edenton, and the late Watson Earl White, and the wife of the late Robert L. ``Bob'' Bass. Mrs. Bass was the office manager for Fueston Wood Products of Edenton, and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Surviving other than her mother are her three daughters, Robin Bass Gowers of Salt Lake City, Utah, Kellee Bass Clark of St. George, Utah, Susan Bass of Edenton; two sons, Michael Bass and John Watson ``J.W.'' Bass, both of Edenton; two sisters, Mrs. Jill Lewis of Spring Hope, N.C., and Mrs. Nell Long of Aydlett, N.C.; a brother, Bryant White of Charlotte, N.C.; and three grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Edenton Baptist Church with burial following in the Beaver Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the Evans Funeral Home in Edenton today from 7 to 9 p.m.
