Suffolk Del. Robert E. Nelms was mum Thursday about the purpose of a news conference scheduled this morning at the state Capitol.
When asked the topic, Nelms said, ``You'll find out about it if you come.''
Nelms, 36, has been under fire since his arrest February in a Richmond park on a charge of indecent exposure.
A Richmond judge later dismissed the charge after Nelms claimed legislative immunity.
The news conference announcement, which Nelms faxed to reporters as far away as Roanoke, comes a few days before Richmond prosecutors plan to reinstate the charge.
``We're going to the grand jury on Monday,'' David Hicks, the city's commonwealth's attorney, said late Thursday.
Nelms maintains he broke no laws; that he simply relieved himself while walking in a Richmond park.
Police refuse to comment until the case goes to trial.
