FLORICE KARHAN

Florice ``Flo'' Karhan, 83, died May 2, 1996, in a local nursing home.

Mrs. Karhan was a native of Adel, Ga. She was the widow of Emanuel J. Karhan. Mrs. Karhan was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the V.F.W. 392.

Survivors include one son, Christopher M. Karhan of Virginia Beach; two grandsons, Ralph L. Taylor, and his wife, Linda S. Taylor, of Virginia Beach, Rodger A. Taylor of Saint Georges, Ga.; two sisters, Margaret Holmes of Jacksonville, Fla., Ruth Baez; one brother, James B. Mock Jr. of Ocala, Fla.; two great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens by Cmdr. B.L. Kingwood, CHC, USN Ret. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, are handling arrangements.
