FLOYD A. SIEGFRIED

Floyd Alan ``Ziggy'' Siegfried, 72, of Westminster- Canterbury died May 3, 1996 in a Virginia Beach hospital.

He was a native of Wilkes Barre, Penn., the widower of Jeanne G. Siegfried, and a member of Bayside Presbyterian Church. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII and retired from Lamberts Point Docks Container Yard as a yard supervisor. He was also retired from Grace Line Steamship Company. He was a member of the International Longshoreman Association.

He is survived by three daughters, Marcia S. DeMille of Virginia Beach, Eileen G. Kennedy of Richmond, Janet W. Humphries of Manson, N.C.; two sons, Stephen A. Siegfried of Richmond, James D. Wiggs of Norfolk; a brother, James N. Siegfried of Littleton, Colo.; 11 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel by Dr. Richard Keever and Dr. Allen Johnson. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made to Bayside Presbyterian Church, 1400 Ewell Road, Virginia Beach, Va. 23455. A reception will be held at Westminster-Canterbury immediately following the service on Monday.
