Last week, city council and school board candidates were required by state law to file reports listing their total contributions and an itemized list of all contributors who gave more than $100.
Some candidates in Portsmouth missed that deadline:
City Council: Bernard D. Griffin, Milton A. Hoover and Rafiq Zaidi.
Mayoral: Frank A. Harte.
