NEALLIA R. PARKER

Neallia Russell Parker, 89, of the 3400 block of Firebird Court, died Friday, May 3, 1996, at the residence.

A former resident of Virginia Beach and a native of Marion, Va., Mrs. Parker was the daughter of the late William and Martha Russell and widow of Charles E. Parker. She was a Baptist and a retired owner and operator of a beauty salon in Richmond, Va.

Survivors include a daughter, Suzanne P. Rubino, and her husband, Joseph of Chesapeake; a son, Joseph R. Parker and his wife, Vickie of California. Other survivors include seven grandchildren, Duane Kuhn, Kellie McKim and Jennifer Kuhn of Georgia; Melissa Parr of Maryland, Joseph M. Rubino III of Fort Bragg, and Buddy R. and Victoria Robino of Chesapeake; and four great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Virginia Beach Boulevard, Norfolk. The family will receive friends at Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge, on Sunday from 7 to 8 p.m. The family suggests that memorials be made to the Chesapeake Care Free Clinic, 1001 Sparrow Road, Chesapeake, Va. 23325.
