Radulph C. Porter, of the 800 block of Mariner St., died Sunday, April 28, 1996, in Norfolk Health Care Center.
He was the son of the late McCabe and Estelle Porter.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Powell-Porter; two daughters, Rita Powell and LaShawn Grimes; four stepsons, Dock Powell, Barry Powell, Tyrone Powell and James Powell; 22 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Monday at Riddick Funeral Chapel. Burial is in Pleasant Shade Cemetery. Viewing will be today from 1 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will be at 818 Mariner St.
