Tamara Sue ``Tammy'' Looney, 38, of Barbara Drive, died May 3, 1996, in her residence.
She was an employee of Crestar Bank for 18 years and a native of Dallas, Texas. She was predeceased by her father, Charles Looney.
She is survived by her mother, Betty Spurgeon of Norfolk; four brothers, Patrick Spurgeon, Ray Hartley, Daniel Looney, all of Norfolk, and Dick Looney of Pocatello, Idaho; her fiance and devoted companion, Kenneth Williams of Norfolk; and four nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday by the Rev. Harry Vanderford in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
