Leon Reese Sr., of the 3400 block of Mangrove Ave., died May 7, 1996. He was a native of Chesapeake.
He is survived by a daughter, Thayer Reese of Norfolk; two sons, Leon Reese Jr. and Calvin Gibson, both of Norfolk; sister, Beverly Breathwaite of Virginia Beach; two grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be conducted at noon Friday by the Rev. C.K. Jones in Community Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel.
