MARY A. WHITE

Mary Ann White, of the 7700 block of Armfield Ave., died May 3, 1996, in her residence.

She was a native of Southampton County, Va., and a member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her parents, Lena Ricks and Casey Vick, and her stepfather, Henry Ricks.

She is survived by seven sisters, Mildred Lawrence, Linda Lewis, and Jean Wilson, all of Norfolk, Catherine Wellons, Beatrice Vick and Shirley Ann Vick, all of Boston, Mass., and Margie Jones of Red Bank, N.J.; five brothers, Willie Lee Ricks, Harvey Clay Ricks, Woolise Ricks, all of Norfolk, Robert Lee Vick and Charlie Vick of Boston; an aunt; two uncles; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday by the Rev. C.V. Russell in Mount Carmel Baptist Church. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Friends may join the family at 224 W. 33rd St. Graves Funeral Home is in charge.
