WILLIE E. JEFFERSON

Willie Edward Jefferson, of the 1500 block of Eagleton Lane, died May 7, 1996.

Mr. Jefferson, a native of Princess Anne County, retired from the Naval Supply Center after 33 years. He was the widower of Jane Jefferson and a member of Morning Star Baptist Church, Virginia Beach. He was past master of Masonic Lodge Washington (NU)139 P.H.

Survivors include three daughters, Florence Jefferson and Deloris Stancil, both of Virginia Beach, Dorothy Maddox of Oak Ridge, Tenn.; two sons, Raymond Jefferson of Virginia Beach, Norman Jefferson of Oak Ridge; a brother, Louis Jefferson of Virginia Beach; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two nieces; three nephews; a son-in-law, Elton Stancil; two daughters-in-law, Peggy Jefferson and Sandra Jefferson; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday by the Rev. C.H. Williams at Morning Star Baptist Church. Burial will be in Jones Memorial Park. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is in charge.
