Beatrice Barton, 89, formerly of Acredale Area and Sentara Nursing Center of Virginia Beach, died May 8, 1996.
Mrs. Barton, a native of Canisteo, N.Y., was the widow of Paul Barton.
Survivors include three daughters and their husbands, Irene and Robert Clark of Chesapeake, Joyce and Don Allen of Wilmington, N.C., Carol and Lenny Ottaviani of Howell, N.J.; a son and his wife, Merle and Sally Boller of Columbus, Ohio; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Jean Davie of Nunda, N.Y.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday by Chaplain Kenneth Veazey in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, today from 7 to 8 p.m.
