Gloria Ann Jones, 46, of the 1100 block of Park Ave., died May 5, 1996, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Ms. Jones, a native of Norfolk, was a member of Calvary Revival Church, Norfolk. Gloria was the daughter of the late Donald and Lorraine Jones.
Survivors include a daughter, Renee Shaunte Jones; a son, Derwin Keith Jackson; a sister, Leona E. Jones; two brothers, Donald F. Jones Jr. and Warren E. Jones; grandmother, Minnie Painter; two sisters-in-law; four nieces and four nephews; a host of caring friends, especially Ann and Prestine; and other relatives and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday by the Rev. Robert Mason at Calvary Revival Church. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Family will be receiving friends and relatives at the residence and will assemble there at noon for the procession to the church. Visitation will be at E.A. Hughes Funeral Home, beginning today.
