Chief Warrant Officer II Marley Adam ``Woody'' Woodall, 74, of the 1500 block of Nanneys Creek Road, died May 8, 1996, in Norfolk.
Mr. Woodall was born in Valliant, Okla. He was a member of St. John's the Apostle Catholic Church in Virginia Beach, Fleet Reserve and the Retired Officers Association. He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dolly Woodall. Survivors include his wife, Lucille Lundy Woodall of Virginia Beach; a daughter, Marlene Woodall of Virginia Beach; a son, Marley Adam Woodall Jr. and his wife, Marilyn; two grandchildren, Christine Woodall and Elizabeth Woodall of Chesapeake; a sister, Helen W. Moody of Little Rock, Ark.; three stepsons, Robert Lundy of Memphis, Tenn., Roger Lundy of Ahoskie, N.C., and Rodney Lundy of Winter Park, Fla.; and three stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Lundy, Bill Lundy and Samantha Lundy.
A funeral Mass will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday May 11, 1996 at St. John's the Apostle Catholic Church by Fr. Dwight E. Shrader. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk, with military honors. A Christian Wake service will be Friday at 7:30 p.m. at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. Laskin Road Chapel.
