Thomas L. Busciglio, 74, of the 4000 block of Rainbow Drive, died May 8, 1996.
Mr. Busciglio is a native of New York and was the manager of the press department with Londontown Corp. for the majority of his career. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II and received a Good Conduct Medal with an Honorable Discharge.
He is survived by his wife, Anita Busciglio of Virginia Beach; two sons, Thomas Busciglio of Miami, Fla., and Gary Busciglio of Virginia Beach; an adopted daughter, Bonnie (Michelle) Shipp of Virginia Beach; two brothers, Frank Busciglio and Santo Busciglio, both of New York; two sisters, Pat Magowan and Sarafina Palazzo, both of New York. He is also survived by three beloved grandchildren, Anita, Ashley and Thomas Busciglio III, all of Virginia Beach.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. prior to the service which will be held 3 p.m. Saturday at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Virginia Beach. Burial will be private at a later date. Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, is handling the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Holy Spirit Catholic Church Building Fund.
