Patricia Frese Lowther, 37, of the 200 block of Mt. Vernon Ave., died May 7, 1996, in a Portsmouth hospital. She was born in Washington, D.C.
Survivors include her husband, Robert F. Lowther; a daughter, Salena Ruth Eastman of Portsmouth; three sons, Joe A. Eastman, Tristan W. Eastman and Benjamin C. Lowther, all of Portsmouth; father, Nick Frese; two brothers, Daniel Frese of Silver Springs, Md., and James Frese.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 2 to 3 p.m.
