Yutaka ``Rika'' Allen, 48, of the 1900 block of Rock Lake Loop, died May 8, 1996, in a local hospital.
She was a beautician for Hair Drezzers. Mrs. Allen was born in Chigasaki, Japan.
She is survived by her husband, Gale L. Allen; daughter, Patricia Lynn Allen of Virginia Beach; son, David Glenn Allen and his wife, Natalie of Virginia Beach; father, Tamotsu Yasuda of Chigasaki; sister, Maomi Kimura and brother, Toru Yasuda, both of Chigasaki.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel. Burial is private. The family will be at the funeral home today from 6 to 8 p.m.
