Barry Coleman, 46, of Johnson Controls in Chesapeake, loads finished

truck seats into compartments in a waiting truck. The seats will be

driven across town to the Ford Assembly Plant, where they will be

delivered in sequence to be bolted into F-150 trucks.

Steven Siler, an employee of Johnson Controls, installs a power

track to the bottom of a seat.

Steel seat frame on left has minimal support. At right is a seat

with lumbar support installed.
