J.W. ``Bill'' Webb, 74, of Chesopeian Colony, died May 10, 1996, in his home.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Kilpatrick Webb; a daughter, Shirley Baile of Frederick, Md.; and a son, James Webb Jr. of Waynesville, N.C.; a brother, Samuel B. Webb Jr. of Naperville, Ill.; and two grandsons.
A memorial service will be conducted on Monday at 2 p.m. at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, by Dr. Jim R.M. Young. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2730 Ellsmere Ave., Norfolk, 23513.
