A 39-year-old man died early Friday when he apparently drove off the road.
Marc Kidney, of the 700 block of Lobdell Court, was driving his Jeep Grand Cherokee in the 1100 block of Johnstown Road when the vehicle went into a ditch and rolled over, according to Detective Richard Black, a police spokesman. Kidney, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was partially thrown from the Jeep.
Alcohol and speed did not appear to be factors in the accident, which occurred about 2:20 a.m., Black said. Police are continuing their investigation.
