When the next Pulitzer prizes for journalism are handed out, your staff writer Dave Addis deserves to be first in line to receive one.
His article ``Ghent deli to close'' (MetroNews, April 27) was the best-constructed and most emotionally moving piece I have come across in any newspaper in a long, long time.
I regret that I never visited Mike's Deli to devour an Artery Clogger, and my fervent wish is that Norman Prince, after his well-deserved rest (and having discovered that retirement isn't all it's cracked up to be), will reopen his deli. Damn the cholesterol - full speed ahead!
