Charles A. Jones Sr., died May 9, 1996.
He is survived by a son, Charles Jones Jr. and his wife, Rosetta; a daughter, Ellen R. Darden and her husband, Larry; eight grandchildren; a sister, Catherine Boone, all of Suffolk; two nieces, Martha Bates and her husband, Charles of Rochester, Chin'a A. Jones of Suffolk; two nephews, Edward Lee Thompson of Rochester and Ronald J. Wilson of Suffolk; a host of great-nieces and nephews and a special friend, Iris Simons and family, all of Rochester.
Service will be held today at noon, Hall Funeral Home, 712 W. Main St.
