CONRAD A. SEYMOUR

Conrad Albert ``Connie'' Seymour, 88, of the 700 block of Surfside Ave., died May 13, 1996, in Chesapeake.

Mr. Seymour, a retired iron worker for Local (NU)79, was a native of Portsmouth. He was the widower of Mildred Jones Seymour and a member of Pythian Lodge (NU)10 and Iron Workers Local (NU)79. He was associated with the Indian River Little League for many years.

Survivors include three sons, Conrad A. Seymour Jr., and his wife, Anne, of Fayetteville, N.C., Harry Seymour, and his wife, Arlene, of Nags Head, N.C., Wayne A. Seymour, and his wife, Jane, of Virginia Beach; stepdaughter, Mildred Medgett of Virginia Beach; six grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and Josephine Flippen, a long-time family friend.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, today from 7 to 9 p.m. Following the funeral the family will receive friends at 2168 Rosewell Drive, Virginia Beach. Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.
