Johnny Lee Bellamy, of the 800 block of E. 27th St., died May 12, 1996, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Mr. Bellamy, a native of Loris, S.C., retired from ILA.
Survivors include two daughters, Crystal Williams of Norfolk, and Tonya Jones of Chesapeake; two sisters, Iona Oliver of Nicholas, S.C., and Christine Johnson of Norfolk; four brothers, Paul Bellamy, Mack Bellamy, and Lacy Bellamy, all of Norfolk, and Archie Bellamy of Virginia Beach; five grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Bessie Bessant Bellamy and Lacy Bellamy.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday by Bishop Rudolph Tucker at Tabernacle Voice of Deliverance. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. There will be no public viewing. The family will assemble at Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, at 10 a.m. for the procession.
