A Norfolk man who was indicted on murder charges last month was arrested Wednesday night in connection with the January slaying of a 60-year-old man.
James T. Arrington, 43, of the 100 block of Brooke Ave., was being held in the City Jail without bond Wednesday night.
Police said Claude Elmer Porter was killed on Jan. 13. Arrington was arrested without incident.
