Mrs. Annie Mae Ellis Edmundson, 84, died Friday, May 17, 1996, in Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Edmundson, a native of Orange County, lived in Chesapeake, for several years, and had made her home in the Greenville and Farmville communities of Pitt County for the past 60 years. She was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Beulah Bernard of Norfolk and Lillie Mae Hollowell of Chesapeake; seven sons, Douglas A. Edmundson, Jimmy L. Edmundson, Jesse Edmundson, all of Greenville, Willie T. Edmundson Jr. of Ayden, Frank H. Edmundson of Kinston, Clifton J. Edmundson of Chesapeake, Albert Earl Edmundson of Farmville; sister, Nora King of Greenville; 20 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. in Pinewood Memorial Park. There will be a visitation Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Wilkerson Funeral Home, and at other times at the home of Willie and Betty Edmundson, 624 N. Lee St., Ayden.
