Lonnie Spencer Jr., 56, died Thursday, May 16, 1996, in a local hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Etta ``Yank'' Spencer; four sons, Reginal Ganther, Bernard Ganther, Anthony Thomas and Randolph Thomas, all of Norfolk; two daughters, Beradine Winslow of Philadelphia, Pa., and Shirley Watson of Chesapeake; a brother, Larry Spencer and a sister, Catherine Cross, both of Norfolk; and several grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday.
